Mengdie Wang, Ph.D.

Biographical sketch:

Mengdie (Mandy) Wang is a Postdoctoral alumni of the Mercurio lab at UMass Chan Medical School. She received her B.S. in Biology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China. She completed her Ph.D training in Cancer Biology at the University of Arizona Cancer Biology Graduate Interdisciplinary Program under the guidance of Drs. Greg Rogers and Anne Cress at the University of Arizona Cancer Center.

She is currently CEO and founder of RedPoint Oncology, continuing in her quest to develop therapy-resistant cancer treatments. She also remains as an on-site collaborator for the lab, where her experience and training in cancer biology are an indispensable asset to our team.

On her spare time, she enjoys taking her dogs Timmy and Lily out for jogging and hiking, and rock climbing with her friends.
